Emmanuel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings extensive experience as a clinician, former educator, crisis response professional, and father advocate. A proud father of twin boys, he specializes in supporting first-generation professionals, educators, first responders, high achievers, business owners, and athletes. Emmanuel works with clients navigating work stress, performance, identity, relationships, fatherhood, depression, and anxiety. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, and time with his wife, twin boys, and his Weimaraner, Troy.

Hector Martinez, LCSW

Hector is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud veteran with over a decade of experience in mental health. He works with professionals, first responders, military members, and men using a solution-focused, strength-based approach. Hector supports clients navigating stress, relationships, anxiety, and depression. He also trains internationally in mental health crisis response and enjoys time with his golden retrievers, Bradley and Athena.

Freddie brings over a decade of experience working with children, families, and crisis response. A proud veteran, husband, and father of two boys, he specializes in supporting fathers, men, first responders, and growth-minded professionals. Known for his approachable and direct style, Fredie helps clients maximize their potential. He enjoys the outdoors, sports, fitness, family time, and giving back to his community.

Matt brings a strong commitment to service, having worked as a firefighter and police officer before transitioning into mental health. He specializes in supporting first responders, coaches/athletes and men navigating fatherhood, anxiety, depression, and work stress. Matt enjoys coaching football, cheering on the Raiders, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Diego Silva, M.Ed.

Diego is a consultant and facilitator with over ten years of experience working in higher education and group leadership. He works closely with men and fathers to build connection and community. Diego promotes a well-rounded, attuned approach that integrates physical health, mental health, finances, communication, and overall well-being.

Troy is a Weimaraner and the official emotional support companion of Attuned Dad Known for his calm presence, gentle temperament, and loyal nature, Troy joins select meet-up events to help create a relaxed and welcoming environment for men and fathers.

Weimaraners are intelligent, attentive, and deeply connected to their people, qualities that mirror the values of attunement and presence at the heart of our work. Whether offering a quiet moment of grounding or simply providing a friendly greeting, Troy helps foster connection, ease, and community.
